All purchases at Puff n' Go are made in-store and subject to the following policy. Please review the terms below before leaving the store, as most products are final sale.

⚠ All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges are available only under the specific conditions outlined below.

Exchange Conditions by Category

💨 Disposable Vapes

Exchanges accepted within 24 hours of purchase for manufacturer defects only. You must present your original receipt and the device must be in its original packaging. We strongly recommend testing your disposable device in-store before leaving to confirm it works properly. Devices that have been used, modified, or damaged after purchase are not eligible.

⚙️ Electronic Devices (Mods, Pods, Hardware)

Exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase for manufacturer defects. Original receipt required. Device must be in original packaging with all included accessories. Does not apply to coils, pods, or consumable components.

💎 Glassware

All glassware sales are final with no exceptions. Please inspect all glass pieces thoroughly before leaving the store. We will not accept exchanges or returns on glassware once you have left the premises, regardless of condition.

🚬 Tobacco & Cigars

All tobacco and cigar sales are final. No exchanges or returns accepted.

🌱 Supplements & Extracts

All supplement and extract sales are final. No exchanges or returns accepted.

📦 All Other Products

All other product sales are final. No exchanges or returns accepted unless a specific exception is granted at management's discretion.
